From Underwear to Power Tools, to...
Starting out my career literally in underwear, managing the men's underwear line for Jockey International, I have always been driven to grow and to improve my business.
Grow: sales, profits, share, distribution, brands, products lines, customers. Improve: processes, time to market, profitability, sustainability.
My approach:
