Bolthouse Farms Refrigerated Yogurt Dressings & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Vinaigrettes

Launched in 2007, I grew the line to over $10 million in annual sales, 9 dressings and 5 vinaigrettes with 40% national ACV and over 80% ACV is some major markets.  The first yogurt based dressing line, it created a new sub-category of refrigerated dressings which turned a decling category into a growing one.  By delivering on the promise: "Less than half the calories and fat- with all the flavor"  it delighted consumers and brought new users into the category.  The line is still thriving nationwide.   https://www.bolthouse.com/products/dressings/

Chiquita Fruit Smoothie (sold in Kraft Lunchables)

Provided a full serving of fruit in Kraft Lunchables with the creation of the Chiquita Strawberry Banana fruit smoothie in a pouch. Delivered a full serving of fruit.  Over a million pouches were sold per month in a variety of Lunchables kits sold nationwide supported with a multimedia campaign including several TV commercials, such as:  Kraft Lunchables With Smoothie Commercial

Dremel Advantage High Speed Rotary Saw

Expanded the Dremel brand and defended it from encroaching competition by creating the fastest cut-out tool, along with a system of 3 attachments and 4 cutting bits.  It was first in the category with soft grip and variable speed.  With nationwide distribution, the line achieved nearly $20 million in annual sales, over $9 million in net profit and #2 brand position.

Smarty Pants Organics Probiotic Gummy Vitamins

Developed industry first organic probiotic vitamin gummy line, providing over $2 million in first year sales. Achieved nationwide distribution in major retailers, including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Walgreens, and CVS as well as Costco and Amazon.  Grew my portfolio of 22 accounts a combined 20% over PY to over $40 million in annual sales.

Awarded two design patents for packaging created for new products: 
  1. Driscoll’s Berries to Go, sold in singles or 3-packs in retail grocery stores and

  2. Dremel’s line of over 150 accessories.  New clamshell held accessory and instruction manual in 15 languages.
